Basic Clan Rules
- All clan members must wear their clan emblem at all times.
- All new members must participate in organized try outs to be in the clan.
- Members must wear the required armor for their division when playing with other clan members.
- Each division must have 12 members and 3 squads.
- Each squad must have 4 members.
- If a member knows he is going to be offline for more than 30 days, he must message me (PunxsutawnyFil) about it. If a member is offline for more than 30 days without notifying me, he/she will be kicked out of the clan.
- If a member is offline for more than 6 months, he/she will be kicked out of the clan.
- Each member's service tag should say their rank.
Emblems
Clan members must wear their clan emblem at all times. The background shape for the emblem should be "Diamond" (#3) and the foreground shape should be "Diamonds." The emblem should be "toggled." The background color of your emblem depends on your division but the primary color must be "white."
Ranks
For every person that a member recruits to the clan, he goes up one rank. The ranks go by 5s starting with "1" and should be shown as your service tag. The first letter of your service tag will always be "A" and the next 2 letters will be your rank. If your rank is "1" or "5," it will be shown as "01" or "05." The last letter will be the first letter of your gamertag, but If your gamertag starts with "x" or "xX" the letter will be the first letter following the "xs." The last letter will never be a number. Here's an example of what your service tag should look like: "A05P" or "A25F." The highest rank is "99."
- When a member reaches rank 99, he has the choice of becoming a division leader.
- When a member reaches rank 50, he has the choice of becoming a blogger for the website.
Recruiting
When your recruiting, the best way to do it is go into "Matchmaking," play a couple of games, and then send a message to the recent players in those games saying, "If you want to join the Agency Clan, say "Yes." Only recruit in the MLG playlist; I need players that are familiar with MLG. Only accept recruits with a working mic and access to a working computer with internet. After you recruit a couple of people, have them send a message to me (PunxsutawnyFil) saying, "________ recruited me." (The blank should be filled with the recruiter's gamertag) Don't change your service tag till you receive a message from me saying, "You've been recruited to ______," If you change your service tag to a higher rank than what I say you are, you will be de-ranked. I will give the recruits a time and date for try outs.
Also tell your recruits to view our website and fill out a Try Out Form. All they have to do is click the button that says "Join Us" on the home page.

Divisions
Each division must have 12 members and 3 squads. A member has the choice of becoming division leader when he reaches rank 99. Each division must have a unique name chosen by the division leader. Each division must also have particular armor requirements and a chosen color for the emblem background that is decided by the division leader. A division will not be made official until I approve of it. It will be new recruits' choice to pick an open division to join but the division leaders are welcome to watch the try out film to have a look at what recruits they might get. Members must where the required armor for their division when playing with other clan members. Division leaders are only allowed to edit their assigned pages on the site.
If they edit other pages,
Division leaders must do two things to maintain their position.
Make sure you add and select a category titled as the name of your division when making a News Post on the News Board.
If they edit other pages,
- First, they will lose their position as division leader.
- Second time around, they will be kicked out of the clan.

- Update the K/Ds on their division roster once every month. (Make sure you post the date that it was last updated under the roster)
- Post any news or announcements of the division on the News Board periodically.

Squads
Each squad must have 4 members and there must be 3 squads in each division. Each squad will have a creative name that is decided by the first member(s) of the squad. There is no squad leader and there are no squad requirements. The squad will agree upon decisions as a group. Squads should play together often to develop chemistry.
Clan Battles
Every clan battle in The Agency will be either "TU Arena Slayer" or "MLG Slayer." The battles will always be played on official matchmaking maps. The opposing clan will be able to choose either "TU Arena Slayer" or "MLG Slayer" and the map will be agreed upon by the two clan leaders. Players that want to participate in the clan battle will join my game and party an hour before the battle for warming up. I will pick the top 4 players from latest warm up game and have them participate in the clan battle. I will only participate in clan battles if I am in the top 4.
Clubs
Clubs are optional. Anyone can be in a club as long as they follow the requirements and take it seriously. You can be in more than one club at a time but, I don’t recommend it; that may be overwhelming.
Try Outs
The clan try outs will be two MLG Free-For-All games containing 8 people on the map "MLG Zealot FFA v7." I will start up the each game and then leave when the game starts. If one of the recruits ends the game early or modifies the gametype in any way, he will be disqualified.
The top 4 players from the try out game will become new recruits. Players will be allowed to try out as many times as they want. A film of the try out game will be posted on my File Share until the next try out session for division leaders to view and see what kind of recruits they may be getting.
A try out time will be decided after 8 or more people are recruited. The try out time will be scheduled a couple days in advance and will be sent to new recruits in the form of an Xbox live message. The try out time will also be posted on the News Board. If there are more than 8 recruits before a try out time is decided, the first 8 to be recruited will try out first; the others will try out with the next wave of recruits. If a recruit fails to come to try outs once, he will try out with the next wave of recruits. If the recruit fails to come to try outs twice, he will not be able to try out for a month. At least 6 recruits must show up for try outs to take place.
After the try outs, the new members will be allowed to choose a division and squad.

Council
After a division has had the same requirements for a month, members of the division can request a council. A council is when members in the division want certain changes in the division, such as armor requirements. At least one squad must request a council in order for one to happen. A council can take place on this website or it can take place in custom games on Halo, however, all members of the division must be present for the council. In a council, players that want to present a change they would like to see are referred to as "Representatives." After each representative makes their statement, each member in the division will vote on which change they would like to see. Each member can only vote once and the statement with the most votes will win. If there is a tie, the division leader will be left to come up with a fair compromise. The division leader can never over rule a council and will be forced to follow through with the changes voted on at the council.
Consequences
The following are the consequences for breaking any of the rules above.
- A warning to not do it again.
- Being demoted
- Being kicked from the clan.
